Anj Young is the founder and clinical director of Top Notch Bodyworks, bringing over 15 years of expertise in osteopathy, visceral manipulation, exercise rehabilitation and pain management. With a unique background combining military service and advanced academic qualifications, Anj offers a holistic and individualised approach to treating acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
With 13 years of service in the Royal New Zealand Air Force as a Physical Training Instructor, Anj developed a unique perspective on rehabilitation and exercise prescription for high-performance individuals. This experience, combined with her osteopathic training, allows her to provide comprehensive care tailored to each patient’s needs.
Anj Young currently serves as the Chair of Osteopaths New Zealand, the professional association representing osteopaths across the country.
