This morning, after doing some of the serratus and scapula exercise given to me on Tuesday. I have 0% pain in my usual “Niggly” spot. Like seriously 0%!

My next medical option was a cortisone injection, which was not something I was keen on due to the negative effect on tendon strength.

So I woke up with the usual stiffness and ache, and then after five minutes of doing some serratus and scapula activation exercise the pain was gone and my shoulder blade mobility felt, smooth and ‘glidey’.

It definitely wasn’t a case of just “letting time heal the injury,” either. It was like a light switch.

To be honest, I was a bit skeptical at first of neuromuscular massage would be able to help with my problem. I was just hoping for some relief, but to have zero pain even as I am sitting here trying ‘look for it’ is incredible!
