Relaxation massage is designed to support your body's natural ability to slow down and recover. Sessions are unhurried and tailored to how you're feeling on the day, using gentle, flowing techniques to encourage relaxation, ease built-up tension, and help you feel more settled in your body.
This is time set aside for rest — not assessment. There's no expectation to talk. You're welcome to rest quietly, breathe, or simply enjoy the treatment.

You’ll be invited to undress to your comfort level and will be properly draped throughout your session. You will be required to leave your undergarments on throughout the entire session.

We use high-quality massage oils. If essential oils are used, an unscented option is always available. Please let us know if you have any allergies or sensitivities.
This depends on your needs. Some people book occasionally as a reset, while others include relaxation massage regularly as part of their self-care routine.
If you’re pregnant, please book your session under pregnancy massage. If you have a medical condition, we will ask you to let us know on your booking and or health form so we can ensure the treatment is appropriate or recommend an alternative if needed.
