Wear something comfortable. You’ll only undress to the level you’re comfortable with, and you’ll be covered with towels throughout.
Sports massage is firmer than a relaxation massage and some spots may feel tender, but it shouldn’t be painful. Your therapist will check in with you and adjust the pressure to suit.
